On July 13, 2009, the Illinois Gaming Board enacted the Video Gaming Act legalizing the use of Video Gaming
Terminals in liquor licensed establishments including bars, restaurants, truck stops, and certain fraternal and veterans organizations.
Each of our Lucy’s Place locations has 5 video gaming machines for your entertainment as licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board. Our quiet, clean cafe environment allows you to relax and enjoy a gaming experience free from the crowded, noisy bar scene.
